Founded in 1992, Roy & Co. is a name to reckon with in the arena of minerals & refractories and incense sticks. The company has long been engaged in the trading activities of minerals under the proprietorship of Sri Biplab Roy. In 1999, the concern was converted into a 'Partnership Firm', when two new partners namely, Sri Indranil Das and Sri Joydeep Chakraborty joined hands to start a new venture in the arena of mineral mining.

The entity has earned a reputed platform in the discipline of mining and mineral trading. Right from the very first day of our inception, we have earned a reputation and goodwill of being a distinctive business house, having strong principles, ethics and commitment. This is to be noted that the structure of the organization was changed recently with the retirement of its two partners, Sri Indranil Das and Sri Joydeep Chakraborty; and the inclusion of Sri Suman Roy as a new partner.

Roy & Co. is a very renowned business house in the sectors of Mining, Ferro Manganese and Dry Cell Battery. For the last 10 years, we have been the most preferred raw material supplier for dry cell manufacturing units in Eastern India. We have retained our number one position in the above mentioned arena. Besides this, we have also supplied other industrial raw materials like Manganese Dioxide Powder, Zinc Chloride, Ammonium Chloride, Carbon Black, Zinc Can, etc. to many core industries.

Since there is a slump in the dry cell sector, we have diversified our business into the arena of incense sticks. We have established a modern plant at Dhubri, Assam, to manufacture incense sticks and its ingredients to cater to the East Indian market.

It is worth mentioning that our principal man, Sri Biplab Roy is also managing the affairs of two other companies, viz. Kalyani Energy Pvt. Ltd. (an export house) and Sourav Enterprises.
